About Escondido Republican Women

Escondido Republican Women (ERW), proud patriots since 1961, meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each month (except July and August) in Escondido. We host an annual Christmas celebration in December and a major fundraiser in July. Our members are active throughout the community—participating in parades, street fairs, festivals, and supporting a variety of local outreach organizations.
ERW Headquarters
ERW operates a fully volunteer-run Republican Headquarters in North San Diego County. Open during election seasons, our headquarters serves as a community hub for voter information, campaign materials, education, and engagement.
In recent election cycles, ERW volunteers were instrumental in electing Republicans and supporting their campaigns throughout North County and beyond. Every hour of service is powered by dedicated, unpaid members who believe in strengthening our community.
Our Mission
We empower women from all backgrounds to participate in the political process and provide a strong forum for leadership in the Republican Party, local government, and civic life. We equip our members with the knowledge and resources needed to promote Republican principles, engage voters, and make a meaningful impact in our community. Each monthly meeting features dynamic speakers who inform, inspire, and encourage active citizenship.
Our Objectives

Encourage active, informed citizenship through political education and community involvement.

Promote and uphold the principles and values of the Republican Party, supporting candidates and efforts that reflect those values and strengthen our community.

Participate in at least one meaningful community project each year.

Support Young Republican organizations and encourage the development of future conservative leaders.
